Engineers Estimate: $15,300,000.00
DBE Goal: 6%
Time for Completion 70-100 Working Days and Liquidated Damages $8,300.00 per Calendar day

Construction area signs, lead compliance plan, WPCP, trucking, water trucks, Rubber and Non Rubber HMA material supplier, tack oil supplier, traffic control, PCMS, jobsite management, temporary items(concrete washout, paint pavement markings, paint traffic stripe, K-rail, crash cushion, gravel bag berm, fence type esa,), minor concrete (curb sidewalk and curb ramp), detectable warning surface, , install midwest guardrail systems, vegetation control (minor concrete), treated wood waste, aggregate base, remove thermoplastic traffic stripe, cold plane asphalt, channelizer, shoulder backing, thermoplastic striping, pavement markers, concrete barrier transition, modify traffic monitoring station, radar speed display sign, maintaining existing traffic management system elements during construction, methyl methacrylate colored resins, furnish aluminum signage, roadside signs, remove guardrail, adjust roadway items, demo concrete, rumble strips, place ac dike, data core, crack treatment, prepaving inertial profiler, pre-pave grinding, delineators, guard rail delineators, object markers.

Argonaut Constructors (Argonaut) may also assist in obtaining any necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related services. (Please note: Argonaut may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. Argonaut may pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. Argonaut Constructors is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.
Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage, include primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
