Project Description: Argonaut Constructors is seeking certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for this repair road way and construct wall project.
Engineers Estimate: $1,850,000.00
DBE Goal: 8%
Time for Completion 67 Working Days and Liquidated Damages $3,000.00 per Calendar day

Construction area signs, lead compliance plan, WPCP, trucking, water trucks, HMA material supplier, tack oil supplier, traffic control, PCMS, jobsite management, temporary items(fiber roll, concrete washout, cover, reinforced silt fence, silt fence, check dam, hydraulic mulch, erosion control), minor concrete (concrete structure), Structural Concrete (waler and barrier slab), bar reinforcing steel, 30” alternative pipe supplier, 8 plastic pipe supplier, 8” perforated plastic pipe underdrain suppliers, erosion control, midwest guardrail, vegetation control (minor concrete), structure backfill (soldier pile wall), concrete backfill (soldier pile wall), lean concrete backfill, wood mulch, compost sock, aggregate base, geo-synthetic pavement interlayer (paving fabric), ground anchor, steel soldier pile, 24” drilled hole, timber lagging, clean and paint steel soldier piling, remove thermoplastic traffic stripe (hazardous waste), destroy well, cold plane asphalt, temporary pavement marking (paint), channelizer, temporary portable signal, temporary k-rail and crash cushions, shoulder backing, thermoplastic striping, pavement markers, concrete barrier (type 80 modified) tubular bicycle railing, cable railing, rock slope material and fabric.

Argonaut Constructors is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.
Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participitation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage, include primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
