Ames Construction, Inc. is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to meet the 13% goal for the following:
PROJECT: Contract No. 12-0M3504 – Extend 2nd Aux Ln on SB 405, Replace Exist K-Rail to Type 60/60C Concrete Barr in Irvine, CA

DBE Subs/Suppliers required include but are not limited to: Lead compliance plan, construction area signs, traffic control, Object Markers and Delineators, PCMS, K-Rail, temp traffic screen, SWPPP, temp erosion control, fencing/guardrail, street sweeping, demo, treated wood base, clear & grub, excavation, lean concrete base, landscape/irrigation, pipe supply, pipe – CSP/WSP/PVC/RCP, aggregate base/sub-base, AC Paving- HMA, CR concrete pvmnt, agricultural texture, soil nail, ground anchor, CIDH concrete pile, structural concrete, minor concrete, rebar, shotcrete, electrical, sign structures, roadway signs, Misc iron and steel, object marker, cable/WB-31 railing, concrete barrier, concrete supply, pvmnt marking- paint/TP, and trucking. Ames intends to conduct itself in good faith with DBE firms for participation on this project. Ames will work with subcontractors to breakdown items into economical feasible packages.
Ames will require bidder to provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Subcontract values. Costs of the bonds are to be provided as a separate line item. Please call to discuss how Ames Construction, Inc. can assist you in your bonding, credit and/or insurance needs. Also, let us know if you need assistance in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials for this project. We are an equal opportunity employer. The Subcontractor, by submission of its bid, agrees to the “Terms and Conditions” including all Exhibits and Attachments of Ames Subcontract Agreement. Ames reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
Pricing submitted to Ames construction for this project must be valid and may not be withdrawn for 125 calendar days from the date of bid opening.
