**IN ORDER TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ON THIS PROJECT YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT AND RETURN WITH THIS COMPLETED INVITATION TO BID.
**FTP Site will be provided once we receive your completed Confidentiality Agreement and Invitation to Bid.
100% Performance and Payment Bonds: Bonds are required from an admitted surety for contracts over $25,000. T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. will pay actual bond cost, up to 2% of the bid amount. Upon request, subcontractors will be required to provide evidence of their ability to provide said bonds within twenty-four (24) hours. T.B. Subcontract Agreement: Please be advised that upon Contractor’s acceptance of your proposal, you will be required to sign a T.B. Penick & Sons’ Subcontract Agreement. By forwarding your proposal, you acknowledge that you are familiar with this Subcontract Agreement and are willing to enter into it without any changes or alterations. If you are not familiar with this Subcontract Agreement, upon request one can be forwarded to you for your review. Please acknowledge on you proposal that you are familiar with and are willing to sign the T.B. Penick & Sons’ Subcontract Agreement.
Terms & Conditions: By submitting a proposal, you agree to be bound to all terms and conditions of the project documents, including the RFP, plans, specifications, amendments, Q&A, and all applicable codes (UFC, UBC, IFC, etc.)
