PROJECT LOCATION: The Project is located in Bob Hope Drive from southerly of Dinah Shore Drive to
Ramon Road; in Ramon Road from Bob Hope Drive to approximately 1,200 LF
westerly; in easements from Ramon Road to Varner Road; in Varner Road from
approximately 1,300 LF westerly of Rio Del Sol Road to Rio Del Sol Road; and in Rio
Del Sol Road from Varner Road to Vista Chino (Sections 12, 13, 24, and 25,
Township 4 South, Range 5 East, and Sections 6, 7, and 18, Township 4 South,
Range 6 East, San Bernardino Base and Meridian).
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of installing approximately 27,140 linear feet of 36” water
main pipe, including valves, fittings, surface restoration and all necessary
appurtenances complete and in place. This includes: excavation of jacking and
receiving pits, grading of access roads to the jacking and receiving pits, shoring
of trenches and pits as required, pipe jacking operations, and backfill and
compaction of disturbed areas. Work shall also include protecting in place or
removing and replacing all existing utilities and private and public improvements,
including, but not limited to, berms, curbs, gutters, concrete pavement, asphalt
concrete pavement, sidewalks, cross gutters, spandrels, medians, driveways,
mailboxes, landscaping, landscaping irrigation facilities, traffic striping, power poles,
guy wires, street lights, signs, fences, and walls.

schedules, when work requirements permit. The schedule is the sole responsibility of LHWS and will not be mutually agreed
upon. Subcontractors will be required to abide by the terms of the AGC Master Labor Agreements and to execute an agreement
utilizing the latest L. H. Woods & Sons, Inc. Standard Subcontract/Purchase Agreement incorporating prime contract terms
