Project Description: Demolition of existing fire station and the construction of a new permanent station at the same location, project will include temporary facilities to accomodate the fire crew during construction.

Penick & Sons, Inc. requests subcontractor bids from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified SLBE-ELBE firms performing the following items of work, including but not limited to: Concrete, Masonry, Structural Metal Framing, Steel, Metal Stud system, Ornamental metals, Handrails and railings, Fire poles, Miscellanous Carpentry, Finished Carpentry, Architectural millwork, Solid Surfacing, Waterproofing, Firestopping, Insulation, Roofing, Roof accessories, Flashing Sheet Metal, Sealants, Doors Frames and Hardware, Access Doors, Aluminum Storefronts, Sectional Overhead Doors, Windows, Door Hardware, Skylights, Glass, Glazing, Non-Structural Metal Framing, Lath & Plaster, Gypboard, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, Resilient Flooring, Flooring, Bicycle Racks, Signage, Fire Protection Specialties, flagpoles, Blinds, HVAC, Plumbing, Underground Utilities, Electrical, Communication, Fire Sprinklers, Earthwork, Demolition, Grading, Landscape, Irrigation, AC Paving, Excavating, Pavement Markings, Sediment Control.

Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary.  T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. will work with interested SLBE-ELBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
