DBE/UDBE/DVBE/SBE Subs/Suppliers required include but are not limited to: Signs, traffic control, pavement
marking, object markers, K-rail, erosion control, fence, asbestos compliance,
treated wood base, demo, cold plane, core conc, bridge removal, aggregates,
sand, concrete supply, clear & grub, lean concrete base, geotextiles,
landscape, rock blanket, decorative stone, irrigation, pipe supply,
Pipe-CHDP/WSP/RCP/CSP/PPP/ VCP, bond breaker, paving, drill & bond, joint
seals, soil nail, jacking, steel soldier pile, CIDH, F&D piles, sound wall,
PS CIP Conc, PS PC girder, minor concrete, concrete surface texture, F&E PC
PS conc box girders, PS conc slab, rebar, shotcrete, paint/stain/ant graffiti,
PC conc pipe MH, RSP, concrete lining, DWS, misc metal, guardrail,
cable/transition rail, alt in-line terminal system, concrete barrier,
electrical, CCTV. Please refer to bid item list for additional items. Ames/Coffman JV is an EOE and intends to conduct
itself in good faith with DBE firms for participation on this project. Ames/Coffman JV will work with subcontractors
to breakdown items into economical feasible packages.
Ames/Coffman JV will require bidder to provide performance and payment
bonds for the full amount of the Subcontract values. Costs of the bonds are to be provided as a
separate line item. Please call to discuss how Ames/Coffman JV can assist you
in your bonding, credit and/or insurance needs. Also, let us know if you need
assistance in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials for this
project. We are an equal opportunity employer. Ames/Coffman JV’s Subcontract
terms and conditions will apply to any contracts resulting from this request.
The Subcontractor, by submission of its bid, agrees to the “Terms and
Conditions” including all Exhibits and Attachments of Ames/Coffman JV
Subcontract Agreement. Ames/Coffman JV reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all quotations. Subcontractors must provide contractor's license number
and Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number with their
quote. Pricing submitted
to Ames/Coffman JV for this project must be valid and may not be withdrawn for
125 calendar days from the date of bid opening.
