Project Description: A three-story 15,980 s.f. fire station over a single level of below grade parking (8,970S.F.) including lobby, reception, apparatus bay, living rooms, kitchen, office spaces, exercise room and sleeping dormitories. LEED Silver Certification required.

Penick & Sons, Inc. requests subcontractor bids from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified SLBE-ELBE firms performing the following items of work, including but not limited to: Demolition, Earthwork, Irrigation, Landscape, Concrete, Reinforcing Steel, Masonry, Steel, Rough Carpentry, Casework, Finished Carpentry, Sheet Metal, Insulation, Waterproofing, Fireproofing, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Glass and Glazing, Access Doors, Storefronts, Windows, Gypboard, Tile, Painting, Flooring, Visual Display Boards, Bird control, Flagpoles, Signage, Lockers, Fire Specialties, Fire Sprinklers, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Kitchen Equipment, Residential Appliances

Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary.  T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. will work with interested SLBE-ELBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
