Project Description: The construction of a new permanent fire station at 1055 Catalina Blvd, San Diego, CA 92107. The scope includes assembling temporary station components to accommodate the fire crew while the construction of the new permanent facility is being constructed.

Penick & Sons, Inc. requests subcontractor bids from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified SLBE-ELBE firms performing the following items of work, including but not limited to: Earthwork, Demolition, Grading, Signage, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Concrete, Structural Steel, Handrails and Railings, Misc. Steel, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Waterproofing, Insulation, Roofing, Firestopping, AC Paving, Sheet Metal, Fire Sprinklers, Storefronts, Glass/Glazing, Drywall, Metal Stud, Tile, Ceramic Tile, Painting, Countertops, Flagpoles, Lockers, Residential Equipment, Plumbing, HVAC, Underground Utilities, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Blinds, Acoustical Ceilings, Temporary Facilities
Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. will work with interested SLBE-ELBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
