Subcontractors are required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of their subcontract by an admitted surety and subject to approval by Ortiz. Ortiz will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors will be required to sign Ortiz Enterprises, Inc. Standard Subcontract Agreement. Prime bidder can provide subcontractor a list of firms and/or agencies that will assist in bonding, lines of credit, etc.
