Mitigation Planting

This project is more formally described as: Wetland and Riparian
Mitigation Planting.  The project location is off of Highway 101 in
Mendocino County Near Willits At Assessor's Parcel Number 108-030-05-00.
The project location is also given as: 01-Men-101-48

This project bids April 28, 2015 at 2:00 pm.

Certified DBE subcontractors and service providers for work on this
project, including, but not limited to work associated with the
following bid items: PROGRESS SCHEDULE (CRITICAL PATH METHOD), JOB SITE
MANAGEMENT, PREPARE STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN, RAIN EVENT
ACTION PLAN (150 EA), STORM WATER SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS DAY (320 EA),
STORM WATER ANNUAL REPORT (6 EA), MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT (TEMPORARY EROSION
CONTROL) (30 EA), TEMPORARY TACKED STRAW (2,600 SQYD), TEMPORARY FIBER
ROLL (15,000 LF), TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE (5 EA), ROADSIDE
CLEARING, INVASIVE PLANT REMOVAL (TARGET WEED) (2 ACRE), INVASIVE PLANT
REMOVAL (HEAVY TREATMENT) (33 ACRE), INVASIVE PLANT REMOVAL (LIGHT
TREATMENT) (27 ACRE), MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT (EROSION CONTROL) (5 EA), EROSION
CONTROL (DRY SEED) (2 ACRE), EROSION CONTROL (DRILL SEED) (32 ACRE),
STRAW (NATIVE GRASS) (1,490,000 SQFT), INCORPORATE MATERIALS (1,490,000
SQFT), DEVELOP WATER SUPPLY and CONTRACTOR SUPPLIED NURSERY.

WABO also requests quotes from vendors, particularly vendors who are
Certified DBEs and are manufacturers or regular dealers as defined by 49
CFR 26.55, for all materials and supplies for this project, which
includes, but is not limited to: irrigation materials, erosion control
materials, plants, soil amendment, and wood mulch.

WABO will work with interested Subcontractors to identify further
opportunities to break bid items down into economically feasible units.

Subcontractors will be required to meet our insurance requirements and
