Lyceum Theatre Renovation
Project Description: Demolish and re-construct some of the public area within the Lyceum Theatre. Improvements will include renovation to the lobby, stairs, restrooms, concessions, nd other elements on both floors of the theatre.

Penick & Sons, Inc. requests subcontractor bids from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified SLBE-ELBE firms performing the following items of work, including but not limited to: Demo, Misc. Steel, Decorative Metals, Insulation, Waterproofing, Firestopping, Rough Carpentry, Steel, Sealants, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Overhead Coiling Doors, Glass, Glazing, Access Doors, Lath & Plaster, Tile, Ceramic Tile, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Carpet, Painting, Countertops, Toilet Compartments & Accessories, Stage Equipment, Underground Utilities, Plumbing, Electrical, Audiovisual Equipment, HVAC, Fire Sprinklers, Fire Alarm.
Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. will work with interested SLBE-ELBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
