Construction area signs, traffic control, PCMS, water pollution control program, adjust roadway items, demo concrete, asphalt supply, striping, pavement markers, trucking, ac grinding, concrete, (sidewalk/curb & gutter/median curb/ curb ramps/driveways/valley gutter/colored concrete/seat wall/32” end wall column), structural concrete (headwall/storm drain junction), street sign (relocate/removal/install), tree and stump removal, planting and irrigation, landscape, RCP and PVC pipe suppliers, imported material (structural soil), slurry seal, filter fabric, curb & drain inlets, bio-filter wrap (to wrap structural soil), fence removal, stamped asphalt, electrical and signal, site furnishings ( bike rack/tree grates/trash/recycling receptacles/bench/drinking fountain), bus shelter, monument (interior lighted), temporary concrete washout facility, temporary drainage inlet protection, place asphalt concrete (misc. areas).

Copies of the contract documents are available from Draftech at 707-578-9442 1544 Terrace Way Santa Rosa, CA 95404 or local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Argonaut Constructors encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.
Info: Mr. Christer Berglund (707-542-4862 or christerb@argonautconstructors.com ) is the Estimator for this project and is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans, specifications and requirements, bid preparation and obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance and any technical assistance. Argonaut Constructors (Argonaut) may also assist in obtaining any necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related services. (Please note: Argonaut may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. Argonaut may pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. Argonaut Constructors is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Requirements: By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/Addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. Argonaut is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages and we are willing to break out any portion of work to encourage participation. Argonaut’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor’s conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor’s bid proposal. Argonaut is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor’s proposal as all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Inconsistent bid terms and conditions shall be void. Argonaut written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. A copy is available for inspection at our office in Santa Rosa and/or can be provided upon written request prior to bid submission.
Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming Argonaut Constructors as additional insured; including completed operations coverage; Use form ‘CG-2010-1185’ or equivalent; include Primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
