Ortiz will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors will be required to sign Ortiz Enterprises, Inc. Standard Subcontract Agreement. Prime bidder can provide subcontractor a list of firms and/or agencies that will assist in bonding, lines of credit, etc. |
