Granite Construction Company (Granite) requests subquotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms performing commercially useful function for the follo wing items of work, including but not limited to:
SWPPP,CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TEMP CREEK DIVERSION, SEWER MANHOLE, COLD PLANE AC PAVEMENT, CHANNEL EXCAVATION, STRUCTURE EXCAVATION, STRUCTURE BACKFILL, IMPORT BORROW, LANDSCAPE, PLANT ESTABLISHMENT, EROSION CONTROL, CLASS II AGG BASE, HOT MIX ASPHALT, SHORING, PP PILE, DRIVE PILE, STRUCTURE CONCRETE, ANTI GRAFFITI COATING, ERECT PC/PS CONCRETE GIRDER, JOINT SEAL, TURF BLOCK, BAR REINF STEEL,(BRIDGE, WALLS, ARCHITECTURAL SURFACE, ROADSIDE SIGN, HDPE, DROP INLET, STORM DRAIN STRUCTURE, ROCK SLOPE PROTECTION, RCP FABRIC, ROCK WEIR, CREEK ACCESS ROAD, MINOR CONCRETE-C&G,DRIVEWAY, MISC METAL MINOR CONCRETE BALUSTERS, FRAME & COVER, FENCE, GATE, BRIDGE BARRIER RAIL, PAVEMENT MARKINGS, DELINEATION, LIGHTING, DEMOLITION, TRUCKING
**ALL SCHEDULE OF BID ITEMS OPEN FOR BID**
Including items of work normally performed by Granite.
Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Granite will work with interested DBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
Requirements: Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds required for the full amount of subcontract price. Bonding assistance is available. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
