service providers for California Department of Transportation (CalTrans)
Contract No. 06-325514.

This project is described as: CONSTRUCTION ON STATE HIGHWAY 198 IN KINGS
COUNTY IN AND NEAR LEMOORE FROM ROUTE 41/198 SEPARATION TO 18 1/2 AVENUE
District-County-Route-Post Mile: 06-Kin-198-R8.9/R10.1

This project bids Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 2:00 pm.
Please submit quotes no later than 10 am on bid day.
With your quote, please include the project number and bid date, and be
sure to provide your name and contact information and if applicable,
your DBE Certification Number.

WABO Landscape & Construction, Inc. seeks quotes from qualified,
Certified DBE subcontractors and service providers for work on this
project, including, but not limited to work associated with the
following bid items: LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS,
TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN, JOB SITE
MANAGEMENT, PREPARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM, TEMPORARY DRAINAGE INLET PROTECTION, TEMPORARY CONCRETE WASHOUT, ROADSIDE CLEARING, MAINTAIN EXISTING PLANTED AREAS, OPERATE EXISTING IRRIGATION FACILITIES, PLANT ESTABLISHMENT WORK, WOOD MULCH, and MAINTAINING EXISTING TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ELEMENTS DURING CONSTRUCTION.

WABO also requests quotes from Certified DBE vendors, particularly
vendors who are either manufacturers or regular dealers as defined by 49
CFR 26.55, for all materials and supplies for this project, including,
but not limited to: SOIL AMENDMENT, PACKET FERTILIZER, PLANTS, WOOD
MULCH, ROOT PROTECTORS, GROUNDING PACKAGE, WIRE, and IRRIGATION MATERIALS.

WABO will consider quotes for any work on this project, including work
we traditionally perform with our own forces, to insure DBE participation.

WABO will work with interested Subcontractors to identify further
opportunities to break bid items down into economically feasible units.

Subcontractors will be required to meet our insurance requirements and
bonds may be required. Please contact us if you need help in obtaining
