Project Description: The general items of work to be performed hereunder consist of: clearing, grubbing, removals and demolition of existing structures; grading, earthwork, and excavation (export); construction of new on-site storm drainage systems; construction of new on-site domestic water systems; construction of new on-site sewer systems; construction of new “Pony League” regulation baseball field with backstop, scorer‟s area, benches, infield improvements, chain link fencing and gates, shade canopies, bullpen, and scoreboard; furnishing and installation of site amenities and play ground equipment; construction of new on-site parking lot improvements, including asphalt concrete pavement and Portland cement concrete improvements; construction of new on-site irrigation and landscaping improvements; construction of new on-site lighting and electrical system, including Musco Sports Lighting; construction of 975 square foot concession stand/restroom building; renovation of existing restroom building; traffic striping and signage; and all associated work as identified on the construction drawings.
Location: Bud Bender Park located at 235 N. Lilac Avenue, Rialto, CA.
