Mira Mesa Community Park Expansion Phase 1
Project Description: The 10.8 +/- Acre Site Shall Include A New Parking Lot, Four Little League Fields With Soccer Overlays, A Concession/Restroom Building, Play Area, And Open, Passive Turf Recreation Areas With Perimeter Planting. Storm Rainage And Water Quality Improvements, Including Bioretention Basins And Pervious Paving, Shall Be Implemented In Accordance With These Plans And The Approved Water Quality Technical Report And Hydromodification Plan For Mira Mesa Park Expansion By Rick Engineering, Dated July 21, 2014. Traffic Calming Methods Such Is Narrowed Streets, Head-In Parking, Street Lights On Speed Lumps (Per Dsd), Stop Signs, And Signaled Traffic Tables Will Be Implemented On Both New Salem Street And Westmore Drive.

Penick & Sons, Inc. requests subcontractor bids from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified SLBE-ELBE firms performing the following items of work, including but not limited to: Demo, grading, earthwork, landscape, irrigation, site furnishing, ac paving, striping, concrete, precast concrete, fencing, signage, bleachers, shade structures, bicycle racks, playground equipment, underground utilities, fire sprinkler, plumbing, electrical, rebar, masonry, paint, standing seam metal roof, roll up doors, metal doors and hardware, casework, toilet partitions and accessories, rough carpentry, wood roof sheathing, and others.
Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. will work with interested SLBE-ELBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
