Project Description: This project is for a new Physical Education complex at El Capitan High School, including a new 18,450 Sq. Ft. building, site improvements, new basketball and volleyball courts, demolition of an existing building, and new HVAC to the existing Gym building.

Penick & Sons, Inc. requests subcontractor bids from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DVBE firms performing the following items of work, including but not limited to: Demolition & Grading, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, Storm Drain System, Landscape & Irrigation, Fence, Gates, and Handrails, Rebar, Structural Concrete, Concrete Masonry, Misc Steel, Structural Steel, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Waterproofing & Joint Sealant, Roofing and Panels, Flashing & Sheet Metal, Doors, Glass & Glazing, Gyp Board and Metal Framing, Ceramic Tile, Accoustic Ceiling Panels, Painting & Water Repellant, Misc Specialties, Toilet Accessories and Partitions, Metal Lockers, Shade Sails, Field Equipment, Underground Utilities, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical.
Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. will work with interested DVBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
