General Work Description:
The work consists of the full depth rehabilitation of deteriorated pavements on City streets by grinding and pulverizing pavement, applying, mixing and hydrating cement to create a stabilized base section, placing asphalt concrete on the prepared base section, the application of an Asphalt Rubber CAPE Seal on Mooney Blvd., the replacement of pavement delineation , pavement markers and pavement markings placed on Paige Ave., Foster Dr. and Mooney Blvd. and other such details not specifically mentioned herein that are required by the plans, standard specifications, and special provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.

Full Depth Rehab with Cement, Cold Plane, Fog Seal, Export Materials, Raise Existing Manhole Frame & Cover, Raise Existing Water Valve Box, Raise Existing Monument Box, Traffic Loop Detector, Handicap Accessible Ramp, Pavement Delineation, Pavement Markers, Pavement Markings,Construction Staking, Re-set Street Monument, Asphalt Oil/Emulsion, Asphalt Rubber CAPE Seal, Traffic Control, Micro-Surfacing Seal, Trucking, And Equipment Rental.
