suppliers, including all DBEs, for all items of work including, but not limited to:
Lead Compliance Plan, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System,
Portable CMS, Job Site Management, Prepare WPCP, Temporary BMPs,
Remove Yellow Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe, Remove Culvert, Remove Inlet,
Clearing and Grubbing, Roadway Excavation, Imported Borrow, Class 3
Aggregate Sub-base, HMA (Type A), Rubberized HMA, Minor Concrete,
Furnish Single Sheet Aluminum Signs, Roadside Signs, Paint Curb, 18”
Alternative Pipe Culvert, Minor Concrete, Detectable Warning Surface, Misc.
Iron and Steel, Thermoplastic Traffic Striping & Pavement Markers, Flashing
Beacon System, Flashing Beacon System, Modify Signal and Lighting.
Items of work may be broken down into
economically feasible packages to encourage participation.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and
worker’s compensation coverage meeting Caltrans’ requirements and will be
