Project Description: Ghilotti Construction Company, Inc. is seeking certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Iron Horse Regional Trail project. Work consists of traffic control system, CAS, water pollution control, dust control measures, grading for trail construction, demolition, installing concrete, drainage improvements, earthwork, site furnishings, adjusting & modifying existing utilities to grade, striping, signs, planting, irrigation and coordination with utility companies and property owners during the course of the project.
Engineer's Estimate: $3,280,000.00
DBE Goal: 4%
120 CD / $1,100.00 per day LD

Plans may also be downloaded through the Small Business Development Centers at www.sba.gov/localresources/district/ca/index.html, local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan or a GCC closer to your location as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services.

GCC’s written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bidders. Insurance: As per our insurance requirements, your bid must include the cost of naming GCC as additional insured; including completed operations coverage; Use form ‘CG-2010-1185’ or equivalent; include Primary and Non-Contributing wording on your certificate of insurance and waiver of subrogation is required.
