Granite Construction Company (Granite) requests subquotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to: Striping: 4-inch White Stripe, Striping: 4-inch Yellow Stripe, Striping: 2-foot wide X 10 foot long Crosswalk Stripe (CDOT) Thermoplastic, Pavement Legends: Speed Table Arrow, Pavement Legends: Traffic Arrows (CDOT A90A), Pavement Markers: Red Curb Paint, Pavement Markers: Yellow Curb Paint, Pavement Legends: "Motorcycle Parking" Stencil, Pavement Legends: "Passenger Loading Zone" Stencil, Striping: Precast Vehicle Stops, Stormwater Pollution Control Program, Adjust Water Valves, Adjust Sewer Manhole, PCC Storm Drain Cover Structure, PCC Wall, Taper Cold Milling, Asphalt Concrete Paving, Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repair, Two Rail Pressure Treated Pine Round Wood Fence, Raised PCC Pedestrian Walkway/Speed Table, Parking Lot Island, Waste Diversion, Recording of Construction Changes, PCC Sidewalk Construction, Bioswale, Trash Receptacle Install.

Including items of work normally performed by Granite.
Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Granite will work with interested DBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
Requirements: Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds required for the full amount of subcontract price. Bonding assistance is available. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
