ADAMS AVENUE INDOOR SPORTS COMPLEX
Project Description: The work is described as consisting generally of the construction of a new Indoor Sports Complex at Adams Park. Construction is a prefabricated metal building on concrete slad on-grade, metal framed walls and roof construction. The typical exteriro and interior finishes are as indicated on the Drawings. The building will be air conditioned, and have typical pllumbing and electrical systems. The work includes site development, including concrete paving & landscaping.

T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. requests subcontractor bids from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified Section 3, MBE, WBE firms performing the following items of work, including but not limited to: Site Work, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood and Plastic, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Doors & Windows, Finishes, Specialties, Special Construction, Mechanical, Electrical.
Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. will work with interested Section 3, MBE, WBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
Please call if you need any bidding assistance including but not limited to: obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, materials and/or supplies.
T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. intends to work cooperatively with all qualified Section 3, MBE, WBE firms seeking work on this project.
