Project Description: This project consists of a 32.1 acre park, including an aquatics center (with a 25 meter pool, a 56 meter Olympic/Competition pool, a spa, and a play pool), administrative offices, pool equipment building, community center, a skate park, a dog park, 3 ball fields, basketball courts, parking, large playground, picnic areas, maintenance building and general landscaping.

T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. requests subcontractor bids from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified SBE - LBE firms performing the following items of work, including but not limited to: Electrical, Structural Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel / Misc. Steel, Lath & Plaster, Gypboard / Drywall / Metal Stud Framing, Rough Carpentry, Site Furnishings, Roofing, Plumbing.
The following trades have already been signed up: Survey, Grading, Landscapeing (including site furnishings, canopies, and landscape equipment), Irrigation, Site Concrete (we still need structural concrete), pool, pool solar heating, underground utilities.
Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. will work with interested SBE - LBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
