The project consists of all activities necessary to construct a 5 million gallon (MG) steel recycled water reservoir, associated appurtenances, yard piping and valves, excavation and grading, electrical and instrumentation, approximately 2,488 lineal feet of 30-inch cement mortar lined and coated steel inlet/out pipeline, approximately 910 lineal feet of 16 foot wide access road, approximately 542 lineal feet of 18-inch cement mortar lined and coated steel pipe drain line, and approximately 326 feet of 12-inch
cement mortar lined and coated drain line. Location: Chino, CA

Woods & Sons, Inc., is accepting quotes for the following work (including but not limited to): Rebar, Steel Water Tanks, Concrete Structures and Supply, Asphalt Paving and Supply, Aggregate Supply, Steel Pipe Supply, Land Clearing, Trucking, Miscellaneous Metals, Electrical and Instrumentation, and Painting and Coatings.

Performance and payment bonds may be required. Assistance to DBE subcontractors/suppliers in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, and/or insurance is available from LHWS. Assistance to DBE firms is available from LHWS in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials. LHWS is willing to work with qualified DBE firms to establish acceptable delivery schedules, when work requirements permit. We encourage submittal of DBE subcontractor consortium quotes. Subcontractors will be required to abide by the terms of the AGC Master Labor Agreements and to execute an agreement utilizing the latest L. H. Woods & Sons, Inc. Woods & Sons’ listing of a subcontractor is not to be construed as an acceptance of all of the Subcontractor’s conditions or exceptions included with the Subcontractor’s price quote. L. H.
