is seeking certified and qualified MBE, WBE, OBE, SBE, LBE and DVBE subcontractors for work on the following Project for the Contra Costa County Public Works Department:
Tree Restoration at West County Detention Facility
This project is located in the areas adjacent to the West County Detention Facility at 5555 Giant Highway, in Richmond, CA
Note that LBE or Local Business Enterprise is defined as a business that has its main office or principal place of business in Contra Costa County.
OBE or Other Business Enterprise is defined as any Business Enterprise that does not qualify as being one of the other defined categories.
We request quotes from subcontractors for work on this project, including, but not limited to the following scopes of work: Provide SWPP Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, tree preservation and protection, provide Arborist, fencing, clearing and minor grading (including tree removal), and landscape maintenance (two years).
We also request quotes for supplies and materials from vendors for all supplies and materials required for this project, including, but not limited to: irrigation materials (such as pipe, fittings, valves, valve boxes, bubblers/emitters, wire, splice connectors, conduit/sleeves), plants, seeds (seed mix), imported topsoil, soil amendment, mulch, fertilizer, coir matting, tree stakes and ties.
