Belvedere Swimming Pool And Pool Building

Project Description: The proposed project will consist of the construction of a new one-story, approximately 11,500 square foot pool building, including an attached approximately 1,500 square foot accessory pool mechanical room; detached 600 square foot storage area; an Olympic size competition pool (25 yard by 50 meter); an approximately 5,000 square foot recreation pool with integrated splash pad; associated site improvements, including parking, retaining walls, access ramps, walkways, landscaping, and underground utilities; and minor off=site road improvements. The demolition of the existing pool building and pool, including hazardous materials abatement, will be included as part of the Design-Build contract.

T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. requests subcontractor bids from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DVBE, DBE, MBE, WBE firms performing the following items of work, including but not limited to: Electrical, Structural Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel / Misc. Steel, Lath & Plaster, Gypboard / Drywall / Metal Stud Framing, Rough Carpentry, Site Furnishings, Roofing, Plumbing.

Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary.  T.B. Penick & Sons, Inc. will work with interested DVBE, DBE, MBE, WBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
