General Work Description:
The work in general consists of the reconstructing of 1.11 miles of Mt. Bullion Cutoff, from P.M. 12.00 - P.M. 13.11 to the typical sections and details contained in the specifications. Included in this project is the pulverizing of 1.11 miles of the existing asphalt concrete section, reshaping and minor widening of the sub-grade including encroachment tie-ins, replace existing drainage culverts, placement of Class II aggregate base and an asphalt concrete compacted structural section, including driveway paved tie-ins and wing outs. Also included are the placement of temporary pavement markers, shoulder backing and applying painted traffic stripes and pavement legends in Mariposa County as shown on the plans and specifications.

Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control, Clear & Grub, Obliterate Existing Bituminous Surfacing, Roadway Excavation, 18" & 36" Diameter Corrugated Steel Pipe, Erosion Control, Asphalt Oil/Emulsion, Shoulder Backing, Striping & Marking, Pavement Markers, Fog Seal, Trucking, and Equipment Rental.
