Repair failed areas & apply rubberized HMA (Gap Graded) on Hwy 140 in & near Merced from 0.2 Mile West o Tower Drive to Mariposa County Line.

WPCP, WPC, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control, Port. Changeable Message Signs, Cold Plane, Lead Compliance Plan, Shoulder Backing, HMA (Misc. Area), Asphalt Oil/Emulsion, Striping & Marking, Pavement Markers, Trucking.
