General Work Description:
The work consists , in general, of furnishing and placing Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlays on approximately 9.11 miles of roadway in the County of Fresno. It also includes roadway repairs, trimming and blading heavy dirt deposits and vegetation from the existing surfacing in advance of construction, cold planning asphalt concrete and re-establishing survey monuments. It will include placing thermoplastic and painted traffic strips and pavement makings and placing pavement markers. Clearing and grubbing is to be performed and the roadway is to be finished.

Prepare WPCP, Construction Project Info Signs, Traffic Control, Cold Plane, Repair Spalled And Unsound Surface Area, Place HMA Dike (Type E), Binder-Geosynthetic Pavement Interlayer, Asphalt Oil/Emulsion, Adjust Survey Monument, Retroreflective Marker, Thermoplastic Striping And Pavement Markings, Trucking, And Equipment Rental.
