Subcontractors are required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of their subcontract by an admitted surety and subject to approval by Ortiz. Ortiz will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. Prime bidder can provide subcontractor a list of firms and/or agencies that will assist in bonding, lines of credit, etc. Workers Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required. Ortiz Enterprises Inc. is a Union Signatory Contractor. Subcontractors will be required to sign Ortiz Enterprises Inc. Standard Subcontract Agreement. |
