Ortiz will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. Prime bidder can provide subcontractor a list of firms and/or agencies that will assist in bonding, lines of credit, etc. Workers Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required. Ortiz Enterprises Inc. is a Union Signatory Contractor. Subcontractors will be required to sign Ortiz Enterprises Inc. Standard Subcontract Agreement. |
