Woods & Sons, Inc, is accepting quotes for the following work (including but not limited to): Hydroseeding, Traffic Control, Bituminous Invert Coating, Contact Grouting, Cured-in-Place, Cured-in-Place Pipelines, Shotcrete, Concrete Ditches, Fencing, Water Pollution Control Plan, Rock Slope Protection, street sweeping and Internal Joint Seals.

Performance and payment bonds may be required. Assistance to UDBE-SBE subcontractors/suppliers in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, and/or insurance is available from LHWS. Assistance to UDBE-SBE firms is available from LHWS in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials. LHWS is willing to work with qualified UDBE-SBE firms to establish acceptable delivery schedules, when work requirements permit. Plans and specifications and contract information are available at no cost for review in our office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. M-F or from the CALTRANS website at www.dot.ca.gov/hq/esc/oe (Click on Advertised Projects, Jump to Project 11-270804, Contract Plans and Special Provisions). Subcontractors will be required to abide by the terms of the AGC Master Labor Agreements and to execute an agreement utilizing the latest L. H. Woods & Sons, Inc. Standard Subcontract incorporating prime contract terms and conditions, including payment provisions. L. H. Woods & Sons’ listing of a subcontractor is not to be construed as an acceptance of all of the Subcontractor’s conditions or exceptions included with the Subcontractor’s price quote. L. H. Woods & Sons requires that Subcontractors and suppliers price quotes be provided at a reasonable time prior to the bid deadline to enable a complete evaluation.
