Basile is willing to set aside any portion of work, No matter how small, to encourage SLBE-ELBE & DBE, DVBE, MBE, OBE, WBE Participation. Basile will make information of forthcoming opportunities available and arrange time for contracts and establish delivery schedules, where requirements permit, in a way that encourages and facilitates participation by SLBE-ELBE firms in the competitive process. Willing Subcontractors will be required to sign Basile Const. Inc’s sub-contract form, adhere to ALL Terms/Conditions, & adhere to The City of SD’s contract requirements. |
