is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors for work on the following CalTrans Project:

Contract No. 02-0E4504
Place mulch and construct maintenance pullouts on State Highway 5 in Tehama County at various locations from 0.2 Mile South of Liberal Avenue overcrossing to 0.1 Mile North of Bowman Road overcrossing.

We request quotes for work on this project, including, but not limited to the following bid items:

Maintenance Vehicle Pullouts, Construction Site Management, Prepare Water Pollution Control Program, Temporary Construction Entrance, Temporary Drainage Inlet Protection, Street Sweeping, Temporary Concrete Washout (Portable), Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Relocate Roadside Sign, Adjust Pull Box To Grade, Remove Concrete (Curb And Gutter), Roadway Excavation, Lead Compliance Plan, Roadside Clearing, Mulch, Erosion Control(Compost Blanket) (Type 1), Erosion Control (Compost Blanket) (Type 2), Erosion Control (Dry Seed), Erosion Control (Hydroseed), Rolled Erosion Control Product (Blanket), Class 2 Aggregate Base, Minor Concrete (Curb And Gutter), Maintaining Existing Traffic Management System Elements During Construction

We also request quotes for supplies and materials from vendors, particularly DBE vendors who are manufacturers or regular dealers as defined by 49 CFR 26.55 for all supplies and materials required for this project, including, but not limited to: Mulch, Erosion Control materials
