SEMA Construction, Inc. is requesting sub bids and material quotes from UDBE/DBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the 11% goal for minority participation (5% race neutral and 6% race conscious). SEMA intends to conduct itself in good faith with UDBE/DBE firms for participation on this project. Subcontractors will be required to comply with the various Labor Agreements in the respective trade unions. Contract retention will be withheld and/or paid in accordance with applicable Owner’s contract provisions. Please include price of Payment & Performance Bonds, at 100%, in your quote. Please allow for prices to be held for a minimum of 30 days from the date of Notice of Ward.

Qualified UDBE/DBE firms are encouraged to participate. Bonding, LOC, and special insurance limits may be required; please contact SEMA for assistance. We will also assist with any technical information relating to plans, specs and requirements for work being provided.
