Metal (bridge), Roadside Signs, Shotcrete, SWPPP, Thermoplastic Striping/Marking, Traffic Control/Area Signs, and Traffic Marking. We are also interested in the following material quotes: Aggregate, Concrete, and Structure Backfill.

Subcontractors are required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of their subcontract by an admitted surety and subject to approval by Ortiz-Myers and Sons JV. Ortiz-Myers and Sons JV will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. Prime bidder can provide subcontractor a list of firms and/or agencies that will assist in bonding, lines of credit, etc. Workers Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required. Ortiz-Myers and Sons JV is a Union Signatory Contractor. Subcontractors will be required to sign Ortiz-Myers and Sons JV Standard Subcontract Agreement. |
