          SEMA Construction, Inc. is requesting sub bids and material quotes from UDBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the 6% goal for minority participation. SEMA intends to conduct itself in good faith with UDBE firms for participation on this project. Subcontractors will be required to comply with the various Labor Agreements in the respective trade unions.  Contract retention will be withheld and/or paid in accordance with applicable Owner’s contract provisions.  Please include price of Payment & Performance Bonds, at 100%, in your quote.   Please allow for prices to be held for a minimum of 60 days from the date of Notice of Ward.

Qualified UDBE/DBE firms are encouraged to participate.  Bonding, LOC, and special insurance limits may be required; please contact SEMA for assistance.  We will also assist with any technical information relating to plans, specs and requirements for work being provided.  Where needed, SEMA will help with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance and/or services.
