General Description of Work:
Project A: Vehicle Wash Station ~ Construct a wash station with a water recovery system, install a vehicle wash station on a concrete pad with concrete settling pit and approach and exit slabs; install the wash equipment with the pre-manufactured container with pumps and control systems; electrical work to include installing electrical conduits and power supply; reclamation of water system will include two (2) 10,000 gallon water storage tanks with a booster pump, piping, and truck filler with a concrete pad; other work to include extending the existing water supply, extending the existing fence and re-locating a gate.
Project B: Water System Improvements ~ Construct water system improvements able to use the existing water storage tank for continuous service; upgrade the water storage, disinfections, electrical system and pressurization systems at the park; replace existing tanks, pumps and valves which have exceeded their design life; construct system to address several other California Department of Public Health deficiencies with the ability to continuously monitor the disinfectant water delivery; construct secure building in which to house water treatment chemicals; install a new SMUD transformer and switchboard to provide power to the new water system and vehicle wash station.
