SEMA Construction, Inc. is requesting sub bids and material quotes from UDBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the goal for minority participation. Subcontractors will be required to comply with the various Labor Agreements in the respective trade unions. Contract retention will be withheld and/or paid in accordance with applicable Owner’s contract provisions. Please include price of Payment & Performance Bonds, at 100%, in your quote. Please allow for prices to be held for a minimum of 120 days from the date of Notice of Ward.

We will assist with any technical information relating to plans, specs and requirements for work being provided. General work description: F&I seismic retrofits to seismically strengthen the four bridge structures that compose the JWA elevated roadway and associated ramp structures.. Items included but not limited to:
