General Description of Work:

1. Provide and install a deep well pump into existing wells. This includes pump and motor, pump head, column piping, enclosed tubing, lineshaft, pump bowls, concrete pad, and all appurtenances. Provide and install the 8-inch well discharge piping as shown on the plans for Well Sites 30, 32, and 33 commencing at the well head discharge flange including epoxy lined and coasted steel pipe, valves, fittings, and all necessary connections. Wells 30, 32, and 33 will be surrounded by a concrete slab and enclosed in a removable structure for maintenance.
2. Provide and install the site electrical system control components. This includes the control panel, concrete foundation, transformer pad with barrier posts, main switchboard, motor control center, PLC, auto dialer, telephone, chart recorders, site lighting, alarms, conduits, wiring, and all necessary connections and hook ups. All equipment shall be sheltered with a steel structured canopy, or within an enclosed structure.
3. Provide and install the 100 lb/day Hypo Dilution Disinfection system and a 100 lb/day On-Site Sodium Hypochlorite Generation system. Both systems shall include a disinfection system per specifications, including chlorine pumps, chlorine analyzer, chart recorders, PVC piping, chlorine building, concrete foundation, and all necessary connections including to sewers and sumps. Provide concrete slab and Plasti-fab enclosure for the system as well.
4. Provide and install site fencing including vandal fencing at the top of fence fabric, drive gates, and personnel gates. Provide and install site lighting including concrete standards.
5. Prepare the required site grading. Provide and install asphalt concrete pavement over aggregate base as specified by the project geotechnical engineer per plans.
6. Provide and install all underground piping including valves; fittings, and appurtenances, pipe wrapping, thrust blocks, joint restraints, valve cans, valve vaults, and all necessary connections.
7. Provide, install and construct the site drainage system including PVC pipe, fittings, appurtenances, catch basins, steel grading, sump outlets, graded slopes, and all necessary connections.
8. Provide, install, and construct all other items per plans and specifications.
