SEMA Construction, Inc. is requesting sub bids and material quotes from SBE subcontractors and suppliers for the above referenced project in response to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s SBE requirements. There is a 27% SBE goal on this project. It is SEMA’s intention to conduct the requirements of the SBE program in good faith. Subcontractors may be required to comply with the various Labor Agreements in the respective trade unions. Contract retention will be withheld and/or paid in accordance with applicable Owner’s contract provisions. Please include price of Payment & Performance Bonds, at 100%, in your quote.
