Is requesting quotations from all qualified UDBE Subcontractors and Material suppliers for the following project with the City of Manteca
Highway Planting Project in San Joaquin County including State Routes 99 and 120.
BID DATE AND TIME: September 14, 2010 at 2:00 PM
PLEASE SUBMIT SUB BIDS AND/OR PRICE QUOTES NO LATER THAN 10 AM Bid day.
In your correspondence regarding this project, please reference the project by name, your UDBE status, and include your name and contact information.
When submitting a bid, please include UDBE (or DBE) Certification Number and Expiration Date.
This request includes, but is not limited to subcontractors for the following bid items / trades and or suppliers of materials for:
Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan;
Construction Site Management;
Construction Area and Project Information; Signs;
Traffic Control System;
Portable Changeable Message Sign;
Chain Link Walk Gates; Biologist/Survey;
Remove Existing Plants, all plan areas;
Temporary Construction Entrance;
Temporary Drainage Inlet Protection;
Street Sweeping;
Erosion Control, All areas - Hydroseed;
Plant Establishment - All Areas;
Irrigation Materials
We are willing to break bid items down into economically feasible units to facilitate UDBE participation.
