Granite Construction Company (Granite) requests subquotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified UDBE, firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to:
TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN & IMPLEMENTATION, REMOVE/RECYCLE HARDSCAPE, CLEAR & GRUB, UNCLASSIFIED FILL, GRADING, AGGREGATE BASE, ASPHALT CONCRETE PATHWAY, STAMPED COLORED CONCRETE, PCC PATHWAY, REMOVE/REPLACE DAMAGED PCC PATHWAY & NEW AC, SLURRY SEAL, COLORED CONCRETE RETAINING WALL, ANTI GRAFFITI COATING TO RETAINING WALL, CABLE RAILING, CONCRETE V-DITCH, PCC CURB & GUTTER, GEORGRID REIN EMBANKMENT, EROSION CONTROL BLANKET & FIBER ROLL, CONRETE DRAINAGE, DRAINAGE INLET, CATCH BASIN, RCP, PCC SIDEWALK, PCC ACCESS RAMP, VAR HEIGHT CONCRETE CURB & GUTTER, MISC ASPHALT CONCRETE IMPROVEMENTS, PAVEMENT DELINEATION, RDWAY & PATHWAY SIGNAGE, RAISE MANHOLE TO GRADE, PREP & LANDSCAPE, HYDROSEEDING, DECOMPOSED GRANITE, FURNISH & INSTALL MEMORIAL MONUMENTS (plaque & bench), TRUCKING

Including items of work normally performed by Granite.
Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Granite will work with interested UDBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
Requirements: Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting Granite’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
