Project Name: “D” Street Reservoir Seismic Improvements
Project Description: Ghilotti Construction Company, Inc. is seeking certified DBE/WBE subcontractors and suppliers for work in Alameda County for THE CITY OF HAYWARD. The “D” Street Reservoir is a 122-foot diameter, partially buried concrete reservoir for storage of potable water. The work consists of deconstructing the existing wood roof and constructing a cast-in-place concrete interior wall for seismic strengthening.
Engineer's Estimate: $510,000.00
80 WD and $500.00 per day LD

Plans and specs are available for review at our Santa Rosa office, local plan rooms, builders exchanges, Dodge Scan or a GCC closer to your location. Plans and Specs may also be purchased from the City of Hayward 510/583-4738, for $20.00 per set if picked up; or $35.00 per set by regular mail. (Please note: G.C.C. may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. G.C.C. will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. G.C.C. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)
