Project Description: Ghilotti Construction Company, Inc. is seeking certified UDBE subcontractors/suppliers. SUMMARY OF SCOPE: Furnish all management, coordination, professional services, labor, equipment, tools, materials and other services required to construct structural modifications to sections of the existing BART aerial guideway at West Oakland Pier-110 to the Transbay Tube Portal.
Engineer's Estimate: $15 MIL - $20 MIL

TRAFFIC MAINTENANCE AND CONTROL, DEMOLITION, SELECTIVE STRUCTURE DEMOLITION, ELASTOMERIC BUMPER ASSEMBLIES, CONCRETE REINFORCING, DRILL & BOND DOWELS (INCL. CHEMICAL ADHESIVE), CONCRETE CORING, CORE & PRESSURE GROUT BAR REINFORCING, FIBER REINFORCE POLY COL. CASING, CELLULAR CONCRETE FILL, ELECTRICAL & FIBER-OPTIC CABLE MODIFICATIONS, TEMPORARY TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATIONS, DRILLED CONCRETE PIERS & SHAFTS (CIDH) 36" & 42" DIA, MICROPILES, MICROPILE PERFORMANCE TESTS, MICROPILE PROOF TESTS, TRAFFIC BARRIERS, CHAIN LINK FENCE & GATES, PLANTING IRRIGATION, PLANTING, RAILROAD SUB-BALLAST AND TRUCKING.

They may also viewed / purchased SF BART at 300 Lakeside Drive, 23rd Floor, Oakland, CA or by calling 510/464-6383, local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan or a GCC closer to your location as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Ghilotti Construction Company encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.
Mr. Nick Keane, is the Estimator for this project and is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans and specifications, bid preparation and obtaining bonds, lines of credit and insurance.
(Please note: G.C.C. may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Contract Code Sect. 4108. G.C.C. will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. G.C.C. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)
