Project Description: The project consists of widening approximately 4.7 miles of Road 108 and Hillman Avenue to a 4-lane and 6-lane divided roadway from Leland Ave to Caldwell Ave. Work includes demolition, earthwork, asphalt concrete paving, storm drainage, box culvert extensions, relocation of agriculture irrigation facilities, landscape & irrigation, pavement delineation, and traffic signals.
