ITEMS REQUESTED (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Reset/Adjust Roadway System, Paving Asphalt, Roadway Excavation, Concrete Surface Finish, Painted Traffic Stripe/Marking, Pavement Marking, Detector, Irrigation System, Bottom Dump Trucking, Trucker
Granite Construction Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% Performance & payment bonds may be required for the full amount of Subcontract price. Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, insurance and Worker's compensation coverage meeting Granite's requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the Estimator.
