General work description: Place rubberized hot mix asphalt (gap graded) surfacing Construction On State Highway In Kern And Tulare Counties From 0.6 Mile South Of Merced Avenue To Avenue 95

Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Plane Asphalt Concrete, Asphalt, Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe/Marking, Message Signs/Lighting/Illumination, Truck Broker, Place Asphalt Concrete Dike/Misc.
Granite Construction Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% Performance & payment bonds may be required for the full amount of Subcontract price. Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, insurance and Worker's compensation coverage meeting Granite's requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the Estimator.
