Project Name: Main Street Rehabilitation Project
Project Description: The Main Street Rehabilitation Project is located in Suisun City on Main Street from its intersection with Lotz Way. In general, the project includes replacing pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalk in areas where the subgrade has settled, pavement overlay, pavement markings and other various items of work. Pavement rehabilitation includes digging-out localized pavement failures to a depth of 18-inches, placing geotextile reinforcement and constructing a new pavement section.
Engineer's Estimate: $600,000.00
45 WD and $2,300.00 per day LD
UDBE Goal: 7.8%

WATER POLLUTION CONTROL, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, CHAGNEABLE MESSAGE SIGN, TREE PROTECTION, REMOVE CURB & GUTTER, SIDEWALK, VALLEY GUTTER AND SIGNS, ADJUST STREETLIGHT AND COVERS TO GRADE, PRF, SUBGRADE ENHANCEMENT GEOGRID, MINOR CONCRETE, PAVEMENT MARKINGS, STAMPED ASPHALT CROSSWALK, TREE GRATES, ELECTRICAL AND TRUCKING
Plans, specifications and project requirements may be reviewed at our office in Santa Rosa. They may also be obtained through the City of Suisun City @ 707/421-7340, local plan rooms, builder’s exchanges, Dodge Scan or a GCC closer to your location as well as in trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or Daily Construction Services. Ghilotti Construction Company encourages the use of minority and women subcontractors and suppliers and considers such to be an important aspect of the project.
Mr. Dan Palmer is the Estimator for this project and is available to provide you with assistance to clarify any questions regarding the scope of work, including interpretation of plans and specifications, bid preparation and obtaining bonds, lines of credit and insurance.
(Please note: G.C.C. may require Payment & Performance Bonds on all sub-contracts over $25,000 per Ca. Public Code Sect. 4108. G.C.C. will pay bond premiums up to 1 ½% of contract cost. G.C.C. is a UNION CONTRACTOR. Any non-signatory subcontractor will be required to sign a job agreement for trades covered under our agreements.)
